Floor and Aisle Marking Resources from Brady

Posted by Don Bangert in Facility and Safety Identification

Last month, we looked at how the use of signage and 5S Lean practices can improve the efficiencies, increase safety, provide information and generally improve the work environment.

In keeping with a similar theme, the message today is on floor and aisle marking. Controlling the safe flow of vehicles and personnel is essential to maintaining a Visual Workplace that embodies 5S Lean Initiatives. Equally important is maintaining clearly marked areas for material storage of finished goods, production materials, tooling, fire and safety locations.

Brady’s Tough Stripe Floor and Aisle marking products are available in continuous roll tapes of up to 4” wide in ten different colors as well as die cut shapes and Floor Marking Signs with Anti-Skid Tread.  Below is a short brochure with additional information that you may find helpful.

Additionally, the Purple Section in the S-34 Brady Safety, Facility and Equipment Identification Catalog can be browsed through this link. A pocket book of “50 Lean Visuals” is also available via download or mail by clicking here.

For more information on any of these Brady products, feel free to contact me or your Standard Electric Account Manager.
