Standard Electric is closed for the observance of the following Holidays: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday, Christmas Eve and Christmas day.

ORDER QUESTIONS

Registration is simple! Click on the Sign In icon at the top right-hand side of the screen and click Create Account. You will then be prompted to enter your information: Full Name, Phone Number, Company Name, and Email. Create a Password and click Create Account.

If you are already a customer, please email webinquiries@standardelectricsupply.com to request linked account credentials.

Some material is marked on our website as Non-Cancelable, Non-Returnable. These materials cannot be cancelled once the order is placed. Other materials without this description may be cancelled by reaching out to customer service. Upon receipt of your request for cancelation, the customer service representative will reach out to the supplier to find out if the material can be cancelled or if the material has already shipped.

If your order has not yet shipped, you should be able to change the location your order will ship to. Please note that this may affect freight charges.

Yes. All international shipments require a $30 wire processing fee added to the order and will require payment via wire transfer.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

As of right now, we ship to the US and Canada. Certain materials may have territory restrictions which you will be notified about when your order is received.

UPS Ground: $10.95 flat rate

UPS Blue: $31.95 flat rate

UPS Red: $59.99 flat rate

We provide custom freight quotes for all larger shipments. We do not provide flat rate shipping for LTL items.

We ship small parcels via UPS using our flat rate shipping charges listed above. For larger shipments, the orders will go via a common carrier which you will receive a freight quote for. If you have a specific company you would like to ship with or have a collect number for UPS or FedEx, you can enter those instructions in the shipping notes when placing the order.

BILLING/PAYMENT QUESTIONS:

Standard Electric is required to collect sales tax in all states where we have a physical location.

We currently charge sales tax in the following states: Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana.

Tax Exempt Customers: If you are a tax exempt customer, place your order online first. Your order will show that you are being charged tax, but this will be credited back to the original payment method before the order ships provided you email us a valid and up-to-date signed copy of your tax exempt form to webinquiries@standardelectricsupply.com along with your order confirmation number (this can be found in the email you received confirming your order).

If you are a current business account customer, please sign into your account. You will not be charged tax upon checkout if we have your tax exempt certificate on file. Please visit the registration page if you haven't registered for an account already.

Standard Electric currently accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

Standard Electric customers with Business Credit Accounts place orders on their account.
