Standard Electric and Littelfuse now offer the Industrial MP8000 Series Bluetooth Enabled Overload Relays for Water/Waste Water facilities. They are designed and engineered to function under harsh conditions such as vibration, H2S, extreme temperatures, and humidity. All treatment plants use pumps to move water into their facility or send treated wastewater back into the environment, and the motors inside these pumps are subject to damage from numerous hazards. These can cause them to cease operation which results in costly downtime and replacement costs.
Littelfuse MP8000 Series combines the relay's simplicity and economy features with the increased protection of more advanced units. It’s available in a variety of voltage, phase, and current protection features, along with the option to communicate data to SCADA via Ethernet Modbus TCP/IP or Ethernet/IP.

The Littelfuse MP8000 is a universal, one-fits-all design for single or three-phase systems with operating voltages from 90-690V, and higher voltages via potential external transformers. It protects any motor drawing 0.5-100 full-load amps (currents higher than 100 amps require external current transformers).
