Before Requesting A Return
To help ensure a smooth return process, please note the following requirements:
- All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA)
- Approved returns must be shipped within 30 days of RMA issuance
- Products must be returned in the original, unmarked packaging
- A copy of the RMA must be included with the shipment
- Restocking charges may apply
Defective Automation Material
Defective automation material typically follows a repair and return process rather than a standard credit return.
If you believe your automation product is defective, please contact our repair department for assistance.
