Before Requesting A Return

To help ensure a smooth return process, please note the following requirements:

  • All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA)
  • Approved returns must be shipped within 30 days of RMA issuance
  • Products must be returned in the original, unmarked packaging
  • A copy of the RMA must be included with the shipment
  • Restocking charges may apply

Defective Automation Material

Defective automation material typically follows a repair and return process rather than a standard credit return.
