Catalog Description: Thermal transfer polyimide material is ideal for use in high temperature applications and is green in color for differentiation from other polyimide products. Ideal for printed circuit board and electronic component preprocess labeling. Withstands high temperatures with excellent resistance to harsh fluxing and wave solder environments. Material is abrasion resistant. This roll has i75-series smart properties on the core that when used in the Brady i7500 printer in conjunction with i75-series smart ribbons, eliminates the need to adjust heat, speed , sensor location and mode, eliminates the need to calibrate out blank wasted labels, and warns the operator if a non-approved ribbon is used with this roll.. If this roll is used in Brady i5100 or IP model printers it will function with smart operation in those printers with the exception that the Supply Remaining gauge on the display may be overstated.
